The 2018 Jeep Compass is available in four models: Sport, Latitude, Trailhawk and Limited. MSRP starts at $20,995.
The 2018 Jeep Compass compact SUV is powered by a fuel-efficient 2.4 liter Tigershark Engine with Engine Stop Start. The engine delivers 180 horsepower, 175 lb-ft of torque and up to 30 mpg.
There’s only one engine, but you have three choices of transmission: class-exclusive nine-speed automatic for 4×4 models, six-speed automatic for 4×2 models and six-speed manual for 4×4 and 4×2 models.
Other performance and capability features are: segment-exclusive Koni frequency damping front-and-rear-strut system with precise electric power steering; Active Drive and Active Drive Low advanced 4×4 systems; and Selec-Terrain with Auto, Snow, Sand, Mud and exclusive Rock mode on the Trailhawk.
