Your people did a wonderful job. The only minus I have is the costs of your 3 oil change package. It used to be a $100 for three now it's $250 for three that is outrageous.

I recently had my vehicle serviced at Hebert’s Town and Country Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. The staff was consistently friendly and professional, and all the repairs were completed to my satisfaction. However, I left feeling disappointed by the extended repair time of five weeks (partly due to insurance delays). As a family of six with only one vehicle, we incurred rental costs that surpassed the actual repair expenses, and we were never offered a replacement vehicle by the dealership. I understand that the service department is busy, but clearer communication and a bit more consideration for customers’ circumstances would ...

Day after Christmas I took a chance and swung by for them to look into fixing my folding mirrors on my Jeep for me. While they was looking my jeep over they noticed that the radiator seam was leaking, which was a blessing with the amount of traveling I do.
