They wanted to charge me 4-5% more interest rate than what the bank approved me for. This is known as" reserve "
So what happens is that there's a marketplace of lenders offering loans at a buy rate ,the dealership ( in this case the finance manager) re sells the loan at a sell rate( increasing the percentage)
When this fails or the customer is informed then they demand a higher downpayment so they still make what they couldn't make in finance by manipulating interest rates.

Salesman had truck ready to go after paperwork finished. Finance had paperwork flow to a efficiency not seen often at dealerships.

Seem to be under staffed with mechanics in the repair/service department. Wait time too long for the only Chrysler dealer in town. Might be wise to check wait times at Dodge dealer in Bossier if you are traveling

STAY AWAY....STAY FAR AWAY! Bad Service Department. It is IMPOSSIBLE to get an appointment for in a reasonable amount of time. The schedulibg personnel could care less and are NOT accommodating. They pass the buck to others who NEVER call you back. They don't provide loaners on warranty work as promised. If a good service department is important to you shoo ANYWHERE else.
