I was having a lot of issues with a car I had prior to getting a new vehicle. At this time I really wasn't looking to buy a new car, as I was still upside down in my other one. After test driving 3 different vehicle, I decided to go with a 2019 Jeep Cherokee. Love the car and the drive was smooth. One thing is they took there time to place me in the car that I could afford and wouldn't go over the current car note that I had.. They worked with what I had and actually saved me $30 dollars on my car note!!! I will keep going to this dealership. I am a GMC fan but the overall packages and warranties are far more than I could ever have asked for buying a Jeep product.
I love getting my car serviced at Hebert's! They turn stressful situations into solutions urgently. From the service to the sales they are exceptional. I even purchased a 2019 Jeep from them this week because their service is always so excellent I can't imagine using anyone else. Colt and Chris in the service department are great.

I can't say enough about the wonderful service and personal treatment I received by the people in the service department of Hebert Town and Country. It was caring and superlative.I was in a predicament on a Monday morning when I arrived at the service department. My Jeep Grand Cherokee had been towed in on Saturday night after having repeatedly stalled out and finally wouldn't restart. I was in Shreveport to pack up my Dad and household goods to move him to an assisted living the next day.I was fully prepared to beg for help to get the car back on Monday, but that was not required. I was greeted by Nate and Chuck Phipps. After explaining my predicament, I was immediately assured and comforted that they would do anything they could to get us on the road. Colton took the ball from their and not only fixed my electronic throttle control issue he fixed three other recall items that I had been putting off. BTW the ETC was covered by a recall too. Cost to me for everything was zero. I mean nothing.P.S. Colton test drove the vehicle. And then, Chuck Phipps, the service manager, gave another extended test drive just assure my 93 year old Dad, veteran of three wars, would be safe for the trip to Atlanta.I can't thank you guys enough. My Dad is in Atlanta and about to move into his new home. You folks are the best!
