2018 Ram 1500 Limited Tungsten Edition in Shreveport, LA

Luxury. Elegance. Class. These aren’t words you normally associate with a truck, but Ram is changing that with its newest model, the 2018 Ram 1500 Limited Tungsten Edition. This truck is Ram’s most luxurious truck ever. Just like the metal it’s named after, Ram Tungsten is tough and rare.

Available later this year at Hebert’s Town & Country Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Shreveport, Louisiana, we cannot wait for you to get behind the wheel of this baby.

The 2018 Ram Limited Tungsten Edition will be available as a special edition in a light duty 1500 and heavy duty 2500 and 3500 models.

“The Limited Tungsten Edition is the highest trim level Ram has made available,” Mike Manley, Head of Ram Brand for FCA Global, said in a press release. “The new Tungsten Edition is an example of how Ram directly responds to customer input by offering the industry’s most luxurious pickup. Premium truck buyers will recognize the attention to detail, surrounded by quality materials.”

The 2018 Ram 1500 Limited Tungsten builds on the Limited trim, which is already very popular, and adds even more refinement. This pickup will have a segment-first Light Greystone suede headliner and ultra premium “Natura Plus” Frost beige and Indigo-colored leather on the seats, doors, center arm rest, steering wheel and instrument panel. The luxury pickup will have indigo-colored carpet with rubber floor mats and snap-out frost and indigo carpeted inserts. Genuine wood and brushed metal accents and Tungsten badges round out the sophisticated interior’s look.

Tungsten will feature advanced technology in the form of an 8.4-inch touchscreen with navigation, backup camera, Apple CarPlay, Android Auto and SiriusXM Guardian.

Additionally, Ram Tungsten will be equipped with air suspension, remote start, power adjustable pedals with memory, heated steering wheel, front ventilated and heated seats and heated rear seats.

Making the exterior unique to the 2018 Ram 1500 Limited Tungsten is its grille with large R-A-M lettering, R-A-M-stamped tailgate and sport hood. Body-color match bumpers, mirrors, door handles and running boards further make the truck stand out as well as the black-surround headlamps, chrome accents, Tungsten badging and satin-painted Limited wheels.

As the 2018 Ram 1500 Limited Tungsten was announced in late June, we don’t yet have a ton of information on the pickup. However, we’ll keep you updated via this page, so come back to check out the new information when you can!
