The 2018 Ram 2500 is available in eight trim levels: Tradesman, SLT, Big Horn, Lone Star, Sport, Power Wagon, Laramie, Laramie Longhorn, Limited and Limited Tungsten. Additionally, the 2018 Ram 2500, along with the 1500 and 3500, is available in the special Harvest Edition that’s just for farmers with colors to match popular farming equipment. MSRP for the Ram 2500 starts at $32,145.
The 2018 Ram 2500 comes in 2WD and 4WD in a few different cab and box lengths: regular cab 8-foot bed, crew cab 6-foot 4-inch bed, crew cab 8-foot bed and mega cab 6-foot 4-inch bed.
With a ton of cool exterior colors to choose from as well, some of which are two-tone, you can feel free to show off your personality and be as bold as you want. The colors are: Black Forest Green, Blue Streak, Bright Silver Metallic, Bright White, Brilliant Black, Delmonico Red, Flame Red, Granite Crystal Metallic, Match Walnut Brown Metallic, Pearl White, RV Maximum Steel Metallic and True Blue. The various 2018 Ram 2500 trim levels are powered by three engines. The 5.7-liter HEMI V8 engine produces 383 horsepower and 400 lb-ft of torque. The 6.4-liter HEMI V8 engine produces 410 horsepower, 429 lb-ft of torque and features variable valve timing with fuel saver technology cylinder deactivation. the 6.7-liter Cummins High-Output Turbo Diesel engine produces up to 385 horsepower and 900 lb-ft of torque.
The 2018 Ram 2500 also offers two segment-exclusive rear suspensions: a five-link coil system or air suspension system. These provide superior handling.
When it comes to towing and hauling, the 2018 Ram 2500 has you covered. It can tow up to 17,980 pounds and has a payload capacity of up to 3,990 pounds.
