Introduced in 1945, the Power Wagon was the first mass-production 4×4 pickup. No other pickup on the market matches the Power Wagon’s on and off-road capability. The Ram 2500 is the only way to get the special Power Wagon package. The Power Wagon includes a Warn Zeon-12 winch that features a lightweight design and a synthetic line that won’t kink or fray. This unit is good for up to 12,000 pounds. 

The Power Wagon also has a unique suspension. It does feature a factory lift and Bilstein Gas-Charged Monotube Shocks. These shocks are designed to keep your tires on the road whether you’re climbing up the side of the mountain or running to the grocery store after work. The front and rear electronic-locking differentials can be electronically locked with a push of a button so that all wheels receive equal torque. An exclusive feature found only on the Power Wagon is an electronic-disconnecting front sway bar to maximize articulation for extreme off-road situations. 

Powering the Power Wagon is the famed 6.4-liter Hemi V8 and it is paired with an electronic 4×4 system. Each Power Wagon comes with an eight-speed automatic transmission.
