WHAT’S THE DIFFERENCE? Similar to the Wrangler and Wrangler Unlimited, the 2022 Jeep Wagoneer and Grand Wagoneer are essentially the same SUV, with a few key differences when it comes to styling, exterior flair, interior options, powertrains and pricing. Unlike the Wrangler, the Wagoneer and Grand Wagoneer have the same amount of doors and similar seating options inside. The Wagoneer has a lower price point, while the Grand Wagoneer is ultra-luxurious. WELCOME BACK! What a sight for sore eyes. The all-new Wagoneer and Grand Wagoneer feature iconic Wagoneer style with contemporary flair, and they are the first modern Jeeps to feature three-row seating. The Wagoneer can seat up to eight comfortably with a standard second-row bench seat and optional second-row captain’s chairs to seat seven. The Grand Wagoneer is the opposite, with standard captain’s chairs to seat seven and an optional second-row bench for eight. There are plenty of options for leather, wood and other lush materials to choose from for the interior as well. Whichever option you choose, you’ll be able to gaze at the stars or clouds from the full-length single-pane glass roof. 

DIGGIN’ THE DIGITAL: One of the coolest features of the 2022 Grand Wagoneer is the amount of dazzling digital surface you have at your fingertips. There is a total of 75 inches of display screens throughout the vehicle’s interior. This includes a 12.3-inch digital gauge cluster accessible behind the steering wheel for the driver and a 12.1-inch center touchscreen above a 10.25-inch screen for comfort controls. The front passenger also has their own in-dash display screen that sits at 10.25 inches. Plus, the second-row passengers have a center console with a 10.25-inch comfort-control touchscreen and entertainment screens in the headrests that are 10.1 inches each. You’ll be able to watch movies and tv shows and access your favorite apps on all those screens thanks to Amazon Fire TV for Auto integration with Alexa. Many cars have the use of Alexa through apps on the in-vehicle touchscreen and smartphone, but this is an industry first. Plus, you’ll have wifi capability and lots more!

MAKING THE DIFFERENCE: The 2022 Wagoneer and Grand Wagoneer offer the impressive utility and towing capacity we have come to expect from Jeep. Both models come standard with V8 engines and eight-speed automatic transmissions. Wagoneer will come standard with a 5.7-liter V8 engine with eTorque 48-volt hybrid fuel-saving technology, while the Grand Wagoneer will utilize the more-powerful 6.4-liter V8. There are no worries about performance as the Quadra-Trac I and II and Quadra-DriveII 4×4 systems with the nifty hybrid electric vehicle powertrain system provide ample power and performance.
