Concepts for Easter Jeep Safari, Volume 2

In our Concepts for Easter Jeep Safari, Volume 1 blog, we gave you details on the Jeep Wrangler Magneto Concept 2.0, Jeep D-Coder Concept by Jeep Performance Parts (JPP) and the Jeep Birdcage Concept by JPP. Now, let’s talk about the Jeep ‘41 Concept, Jeep Bob Concept, Jeep Grand Cherokee Trailhawk 4xe Concept and the Jeep Rubicon 20th Anniversary Concept!

Jeep ’41 Concept

“1941” is notably displayed, a badge of honor and a symbol of pride recognizing Jeep’s long-standing military heritage and legendary 4×4 capability. This year’s safari spotlights the Willys, a trusty 4×4 vehicle that the U.S. Army used. The retro Jeep ‘41 Concept is a mashup of military grit and determination with the Wrangler 4xe’s electric-vehicle technology. The concept’s 4xe plug-in hybrid powertrain is capable of an estimated 49 MPGe and delivers up to 21 miles of nearly silent zero-emission, electric-only drive, making it the most capable, technically advanced and eco-friendly Wrangler ever.

Jeep Bob Concept

Designed to merge the Jeep Wrangler and Gladiator, the Bob Concept is a unique spin on the popular trend of “bobbing” the long overhangs of truck beds to make it capable for even the most extreme terrains. Off-road capability is increased on the Bob Concept with a three-inch lift with custom off-road suspension components, Dynatrac Pro-Rock 60 axles supported by a mix of King Coils and Bypass shocks, plus massive 40-inch tires mounted to 20-inch beadlock wheels that, all combined, provide superior confidence. 

Jeep Grand Cherokee Trailhawk 4xe Concept

Stealthy and quiet performance are prominent in this overlanding-inspired concept. The Jeep Grand Cherokee 4xe Trailhawk Concept merges legendary Jeep 4×4 capability with electrified performance to deliver top-level fuel efficiency and driving range. The most 4×4-capable and sustainable Grand Cherokee ever, the new Trailhawk 4xe, has conquered the Rubicon Trail in full-electric operation and is now ready to manage the tough trails in Moab. It features a new class-exclusive sway-bar disconnect, allowing for improved traction over rocks and rough terrain. The concept has a custom Industrial Blue exterior with signature 4xe Lagoon Blue tow hooks and a glare-proof black-and-blue matte Trailhawk hood decal.

Jeep Rubicon 20th Anniversary Concept

The iconic Rubicon model was invented to handle even the craziest destinations like the legendary Rubicon Trail in Northern California and the backcountry red rock trails of Moab, Utah. The Rubicon 20th Anniversary Concept continues its legacy by setting the bar for performance and capability with its 6.4-liter V8 engine, customized exterior and stunning interior. The modified four-door Wrangler Rubicon 392 features an active dual-mode performance exhaust, a performance hood with center scoop, custom-built half doors and Sky One-touch powertop with removable side panels for open-air freedom. For additional capability, the 20th Anniversary concept has a JPP two-inch lift kit, 17-inch Mopar beadlock-capable wheels with 37-inch mud-terrain tires, steel bumpers and hoop with Warn winch and steel belly pan. Good luck roughing up this Jeep!
